You know how you never know just what you’re going to get on the red carpet at the MTV Music Awards every year? The same could be said about the fashion at tonight’s Billboard Music Awards. Stars stepped out in the Vegas heat for the annual music show held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and looks ranged from stylishly chic to questionable quirky depending on the celebrity. There clearly was no central theme among entertainers in attendance, some of whom dressed all the way up and others completely down.
