On Saturday morning, we all watched as Meghan Markle married Prince Harry in a ceremony that was certainly one for the books. Of course, one of the biggest anticipated moments of the ceremony was what Meghan would wear — would she go full-out glam, or keep it simple and elegant?
For the day, the former actress wore a wedding gown designed by Claire Waight Keller of Givenchy. The dress was a modern style made of silk, featuring three-quarter length sleeves, an off-the-shoulder cut, and a 16-foot train that cascaded on and on. Beautiful!

Of course, we can’t forget accessories: She shined in white gold and diamond Galanterie de Cartier earrings and a Reflection de Cartier bracelet, finishing the entire look off with Queen Mary‘s diamond bandeau tiara. And while Meghan’s dress was certainly simple and calm, we can’t deny the long history of celebrities wearing Givenchy and making it a staple in their wardrobes.
