Henry Watkins, former TV One VP, named publisher UPTOWN Magazine
(Target Market News) — UPTOWN Magazine has hired Henry Watkins as the Publisher of UPTOWN MEDIA GROUP where he will create integrated programs utilizing print, online and event elements. Watkins will also oversee sales and marketing functions for both print and digital content.
