FCC Chairman Defends Broadband Regulation Strategy
(AllthingsD.com) — Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski told a skeptical audience of cable executives on Thursday he is pursuing a “narrow and tailored” approach to regulating broadband networks to promote adoption, competition and innovation.
